About TiNAAK

Built from the inside of the industry.

TiNAAK Integrated Services LLP is a Gurugram-based professional services firm delivering managed facility operations, professional recruitment, interim staffing, workplace fit-outs, advisory and OFHiS — built on 26 years of enterprise practice, eight published books and a formal professional network.

The Operating Model

Services, software and network. Together.

TiNAAK is the only firm in India's mid-market operating across all three simultaneously — managed services, compliance-native SaaS and a structured professional network. Each reinforces the others.

The services business produces the operational data and compliance challenges that inform OFHiS. OFHiS is the platform TiNAAK uses in its own service delivery before offering it to clients. The Alliance Network extends both — delivery partners, supply chain, talent and knowledge — without the headcount risk of building every capability internally.

This architecture allows a boutique firm to deliver at enterprise scale. Every engagement is governed by written agreements and defined SLAs. Every relationship in the Alliance Network operates under a formal agreement. No casual arrangements.

Why this combination is unusual. India's managed services market is dominated by firms that do only services — no software, no structured network. The HRMS and SaaS market is dominated by pure technology firms — no services, no practitioner depth. The gap between them is where most Indian organisations of 50–500 employees sit.

Why TiNAAK Exists

Three problems. One firm built to solve them.

01

Services without accountability

Most FM and staffing services in India are delivered without documented SLAs, proper contracts or a named accountable point of contact. Clients deal with six vendors, none of whom own the problem.

TiNAAK delivers every engagement under one agreement with one accountable manager.

02

Software not built for India

Most HRMS and FM software sold to Indian organisations was built for other markets and configured for India as an afterthought. The four Labour Codes, CLRA complexity and blue-collar payroll are treated as edge cases.

OFHiS treats them as the foundation.

03

Operational knowledge trapped in individuals

26 years of FM and HR operations knowledge is documented across eight published books, embedded in TiNAAK's delivery methodology and systematised into OFHiS's compliance engine.

The Alliance Network's Knowledge Partner track extends this further.

Founder

Raman Deep Singh Judge

Raman spent 26 years inside enterprise organisations — managing facility operations, HR systems, statutory compliance, workforce deployments and corporate projects across Genpact, Samsung Electronics India, Artemis Hospital, Groz Engineering and Bira 91.

TiNAAK is built from that experience: not consulting on FM and HR operations, but having run them at scale for decades.

Raman is the author of eight practitioner books covering facility management, HR compliance and operational governance. Full biography, publications, speaking engagements and articles are at ramanjudge.com.
