TiNAAK operates as prime contractor across all managed operations engagements — aggregating specialist vendors under one accountable structure. Clients receive a single invoice; Preferred Partners receive predictable, documented work.

Clear payment terms. TiNAAK commits to paying Preferred Partners within 2 working days of receiving client payment. Payment timelines are documented in every Partner SLA.

Track 02

Associate Specialists

Independent professionals who work under TiNAAK's brand on client engagements — with structured agreements, back-office support and access to cross-domain projects. A genuine professional arrangement, not informal freelancing.

Suitable whether you are between full-time roles or building a structured parallel income alongside current employment. All engagements are project-based or retainer-based with documented scope, deliverables and payment terms.

Assessment required. All Associate Specialists complete a domain competency assessment before being placed on the active roster. This protects the client and supports your professional credibility.

Track 03

Alliance Partners

Professionals with established networks who introduce TiNAAK to potential clients, and earn structured commission on every engagement that converts from their introduction. No targets. No conflict with current employment.

This arrangement is designed to work alongside full-time employment. Many of TiNAAK's most effective Alliance Partners are currently in full-time roles — they introduce, TiNAAK delivers, the commission is ongoing for the duration of the engagement.

This is a formal, documented relationship. Every Alliance Partner signs an agreement covering commission, non-circumvention and confidentiality. Your introductions are attributed and protected — TiNAAK will not approach your contacts directly.

Pre-assessed profiles replace CVs in TiNAAK's matching process — which means faster deployment and stronger fit. The assessment takes approximately 60–90 minutes and can be completed at your own pace across multiple sessions.

48–72 hour deployment for pre-assessed profiles. When a client engagement arises matching your domain and availability, you are contacted first. You decide whether to proceed — no obligation.

Training institutes, compliance bodies, professional associations, CA firms and legal specialists who associate with TiNAAK's practitioner platform and client base. A formal, low-friction relationship built on mutual credibility.

Knowledge Partners are the intellectual backbone of OFHiS — verifying statutory accuracy, contributing compliance content and extending TiNAAK's authoritative reach in their specialty area.

Formal association, not just listing. Knowledge Partner relationships are governed by a formal association agreement. Co-branded content, referral arrangements and joint workshop delivery are all part of how these relationships work in practice.
