You will be the operational owner for one or more TiNAAK client sites — responsible for the daily delivery of facility services including housekeeping, pantry, technical maintenance, security coordination and partner management. You will be the single point of accountability the client sees, and the standard-setter the on-site team follows. This is a hands-on role. You will be on-site, not behind a desk.
What we're looking forSupervise TiNAAK's security deployment at corporate client sites — guard management, access control, incident response and compliance with site-specific security protocols.
Technical accountability for building services maintenance at client sites — managing AMC partners, coordinating PPM schedules, responding to breakdowns. This is a supervision and coordination role, not hands-on technician work.
Manage the full recruitment cycle for TiNAAK's client organisations — from brief to placement — with a deliberate, low-volume approach where quality of fit matters more than speed of closure. We do not forward CVs; we submit shortlists with structured assessment notes.
Own TiNAAK's interim staffing function end-to-end: building the candidate pool, matching and deploying professionals, and managing the engagement lifecycle for every active placement — from onboarding to handover-out.
Own payroll processing and statutory compliance for TiNAAK employees and deployed interim staff. PF, ESIC, PT, TDS — every calculation, every filing, on time. Accuracy is non-negotiable.
Develop new enterprise client accounts across TiNAAK's five service areas. The right person understands B2B professional services, can hold a credible conversation with a CFO, COO or Head of Admin, and is comfortable with a consultative sale that may take weeks to close.
Build OFHiS from the ground up — India's first compliance-native operations platform. Payroll engine, CLRA automation, geo-punch attendance, WhatsApp payslip delivery, FM work orders. Founding-team-adjacent — direct input on architecture and what gets built next.
Produce 2D space plans, furniture layouts and 3D renders for client briefs across new offices, renovations and multi-site programmes. Open to full-time, freelance, remote associate and WFH arrangements.
Manage the day-to-day administrative functioning of TiNAAK — documentation, vendor coordination, scheduling, compliance filing support and the operational detail that keeps the business running cleanly. This role is about building and maintaining structure, not working within it.
